This application allows user to raise tickets, in terms of request & complaints on the building issues, just by using mobile apps. User able to monitor & track the status of their tickets until the completion stage.
- User able to scan QR code or select the location for raising tickets seamlessly and the request will go straight away to contractors for the rectification.
- There also will be the rating feedback for the user to rate the work quality of the contractor in order to ensure the best service quality given.
